Our credit controllers and collectors are well trained and experienced men and women. Whether we are called upon to act as your outsourced credit control department, or as debt collectors, our clients can rest assured that our success is based on the fact that we really do understand the relationship between companies and clients.

Our staff are adept at problem solving and find solutions to resolve the most difficult situations and are aware that our clients' reputation is paramount. Consequently, unless we receive written instructions we will contact your debtor only by telephone, letter, or email. We recognise and abide by all voluntary and worldwide legislation.

We believe we are unique and unlike any other collection agency. We know that it is our job to facilitate the collection of outstanding money. Whether we are acting as Debt Collectors or as outsourced credit controllers we are an extension of our clients' credit control department. Therefore, prior to commencing recovery procedures an action plan is agreed with the client. As part of this procedure, clients can be provided with a copy of any correspondence sent by us to the debtor.

Legal Action:

As we are not lawyers, legal action should only be undertaken as a last resort and only if the debt is undisputed and the debtor has the means to pay. Two major considerations should be taken into account before undertaking legal action. The first is that whilst Judgment can be obtained, satisfaction is rarely acquired with only one in ten Judgments being satisfied. The second are the costs of legal action; these are dependent on the value of the debt, and whether the case can be defended.

Legal action should only be undertaken either as a last resort or as a point of principle!
